Awareness is the spirit of the being and the divine seed of the universe, from where all virtues originate.
It works like the Higgs boson field and creates matter from the non existence of matter(spirit). Each and every objective in the universe has evolved out of this spiritual energy that exists in the being as awareness. This supreme holy spirit - evolves in to Mind and matter.Mind is the creative awareness.Mind creates knowledge and that knowledge creates emotions and logic , which creates the “I”-our ego(emotional being) I am the beginning of all black and white emotions that alternate like day and night.But the awareness in the being is passive and it never changes. Human being is a complex status of an emotional being as a workstation(ego) that works on our individual perceptions. Our ego creates perceptions based on knowledge and wisdom supplied by the mind which operates in a cloud environment( function on demand).Mind is a virtual existence, working on demand from the “I”.
Mind is a function that empower us with science or true knowledge.
Mind creates knowledge from any information provided by our senses. Time , language and mathematics are all tools of our logic, used by our ego by analising the information to create the knowledge. The big limitation of our ego is our ignorance beyond all knowledge that we have. Our knowledge will be always equal to our ignorance at any point of time.There is only one knowledge that exists beyond our logic .It is is the knowledge on our self, which is our source of origin. This knowledge alone make us authentic and sovereign and free of fear.
The world of science, arts or sports or any creativity is the power of our ego. It will be interesting to know, “what powers the human ego or the mind ?
If we think that what all the “psychology” has said over the mind is right, it is not. Because psychology is the study of mind, using another mind. We study anything except, the mind with our mind. That is why those explanations could be based only on hypothesis of the human ego.
There is no way to know mind, other than the empirical understanding.
Because mind is only a function. Here is the importance of spiritual realisation. When we have the spiritual realisation through meditation, we understand the holy spirit as “Awareness in the being“ which is also the “ supreme being“. We could also realise that mind is an extension of this holy spirit in to the “creative awareness” with multiple cognitive capacities.
Our ego (emotional being“I”) is again another evolution from the mind and the knowledge it creates.
Human ego is a final status of an evolution that make us the creator of our own world.When we de-evolve backwards, we reach at the awareness of the being and get enlightened. The Yogi realises that the whole universe could be only an evolution of “Consciousness in the being” in to “”mind and matter“Which again evolves into the “human ego”( an emotional ghost or shadow awareness),which is auto-generated by our knowledge and ignorance. Human ego exists at the peripheral and final status of an evolution of the “supreme spirit of the being”.
The human ego is only a “ghost“ that is curiosity searching its origin. In between,the divinity(supreme Being) and our ego(the ghost),the mind crowns our ego with the multiple functions needed for our creativity. Mind is not only the “creative awareness” but also does more complex cognitive functions like memory, perception, thinking, reasoning, and judgement.
There are many concepts on mind but the truth cannot be many.
Human mind is a complexity of cognitive functions like awareness, perception, thinking, reasoning, and judgement.There cannot be any philosophy, religion, psychology and cognitive science without this function of our mind.The main questions and dilemma regarding the nature of mind is its relation to our physical brain and our sensory system in the body.
Mind is the dynamic energy that moves the creative universe.
It is impossible to have a bad mind. It is our “ego” that becomes good or bad when it thinks and does as it wants. Even though medical science has understood the effect of a Mind-body relationship, as psycho-somatic which is behind many disorders,Science cannot prove whether mind is separate from physical existence.Still we take our mind as identical with the brain which is the centre of all neurological processes.
Philosophers like Plato, Descartes, Leibniz, Kant, Martin Heidegger had attempted to describe mind. Psychologists such as Siegmund Freud, William James have developed different theories about the nature of the human mind. 21st century cognitive science is trying to develop varied approaches to understand mind.
The spiritual perspective.
From a spiritual perspective ,we could understand and realize the fact that, both “awareness of the being” and mind together build the spirit of the universe. Both the “mind and the consciousness” has to do with the function of awareness which is pure subjective in it`s nature.
Mind and Matter is the cause and effect of the universe.We human beings are a union of both the mind and matter. We study everything using our mind.Then,with what should we study our mind? This is the big problem faced by psychology and religion or science . All of these have failed on understanding the mind,consciousness and the ego. It is the only reason why, we live so miserable on earth. One mind cannot learn other minds. Because there is a limitation of the equality. It would be like one student teaching the other, in a same class level. Human mind is capable of studying all other sciences,concerned with all kinds of matter. But mind could be studied only with something greater than mind Because all matter is made out of spirit. The whole universe is nothing other than a manifestation of the non-manifest spirit. Mind is purely spiritual.Therefor the right way to study this spirit is only through spiritual way.
Spirituality alone could understand and realise the truth behind our mind , consciousness and our ego. Because the human existence and survival is spiritual in the meaning but we understand it wrong, as material success.That is why people are more concerned with all knowledge about money and power but very little with understanding the spiritual subjects.
What is consciousness ? What is our mind ?What is our ego?
These three expressions could be understood only together and as the same entity.Because they are the same spirit with different functions as it`s identity.We understand “Consciousness in the being “ as God or the ultimate truth.” Mind” is the creative part of consciousness, operating in a personal environment. Mind is a tool in the hands of the human ego. Our ego uses the mind to produce either virtues or evils. It is fully, the jurisdiction of our ego, how we use our mind.
Even though mind and perception needs awareness,it happens in an individual environment of our ego.When “mind” leaves the individual status,it become the totality.When the totality enter the private ego it becomes “mind”.
It is like water and ice. We know the molecule of water as H2O.We know that the molecule of ice- is also H2O. But if the ice is in the water, even though both are H2O, we can distinguish water and ice. In water is the totality and ice cubes has a separate individual existence with in the water.
The existence of God and all living and non living creatures and things are just like this. The whole universe is manifested out of the divine spirit- “awareness of the being” as the ultimate source of all energy.
“Human Ego” is only a marionette, that plays a game (life) without understanding the force behind it.
The of spirit of this universe, does three different functions in three identities. We are only the “micro / macro divide” of the universal spirit. We are not that, what we perceive, as we are. It is only our ego. Our ego is that what we have perceived our selves as we are. But it is only the half of the human story, the self created part.The natural part,the spirit is functional inside as “mind and consciousness“.The mind is the creative spirit,which creates our perceptions. It is our own perceptions that create our ego.

Even if “mind and the ego” operates in a personal environment, it`s origin is the consciousness in the being.Both the mind and our ego cannot exist in the being. When it enters the being(present moment), it becomes consciousness. This is what happens when we have meditation.
“Consciousness in the being” is the macro spirit, that is eternal, divine,bliss and peace. When consciousness goes out of the being (present moment), it becomes mind and lose the property of peace and bliss.Because the attributes of peace,bliss and divinity could exist only in the eternity of the being.
Human mind is the mysterious mystery in the universe.
There is no mystery in “consciousness”. Mystery is when it becomes “mind” or our “ego” or any matter of this universe.
Human mind works like a software ( like Linux, a platform ), that moves all the programmes written by our brain as directed by our ego. Mind is the system software and computational centre of our brain commanded by our ego . Our ego keeps a data bank of all the knowledge created by our emotional existence,which is our ego. Our ego moves with it`s own logic created out of it`s perceptions and knowledge. Our ego is the personification of our emotional perceptions. The sum total of our knowledge with emotional attachments identifies itself as our ego Personality. Our ego is the function of our mind in a personal environment. That is why our mind is very private. There is no possibility of knowing the mind of other people as they know it. This is the power of our ego which operates every evil in secrecy.
Once our ego has been formed, it goes on evolving itself till our death. Our ego is an ever evolving virtual person, that represent us in every activities. When ever we get information or education or a skill. our ego writes new application software ,logical to the knowledge and compatible with our mind .Mind is nothing but our thoughts.
Consciousness is the entity of awareness which is not a function
On the other hand, Mind is only a function, not an entity.
.Mind is a part of consciousness. When, not in function, our mind becomes pure consciousness.We could call the mind as “mind -consciousness” instead of “conscious mind”.
When our mind is engaged deep in to some thoughts, we cannot have the situational awareness. We call it “absent -minded” status. In fact it is not the mind which is absent but the consciousness. It happens because mind is more a function than an entity of consciousness.
But in normal case the mind has situational awareness too. Because it is a part of the consciousness itself. We could understand this fact only when meditation happens to us. during meditation,our ego dissolves itself into the consciousness in the being.
The evolution of spiritual growth in our person consists of the shifting from our ego to consciousness.
Finishing our infancy, we have the emergence of mind. As that mind acquires different kind of knowledge, our ego takes shape and start evolving itself. With the birth of our ego, we become able to distinguish between “I”, “you” and “we”. Then we start a creative journey, which could be a continuation of a previous life. Our ego tries to develop our vested interests that make us more selfish.As we grow up, we move more with our ego centric thinking.
Mind is not the master,but an extension of the master.
Our mind is the creative part of the consciousness. Creative because, only with the help of a mind, our ego could become creative. Once our ego has been formed, it takes control of the mind in order to produce the logic and planing for any possible creations.
Our perceptions are the basis for all instant logic that come out of our ego person, that acts and reacts in a creative life. All human deeds are based on logic which are very personal and selfish.
The great ignorance in human being .
In spite of of all higher education,we undergo,we have a great ignorance on our ” the mind and the consciousness”. This is because of a limitation of our ego personality. Because our ego can only use the mind(thoughts) to make perceptions.Our ego cannot move over the mind or consciousness.Because the ego itself is a limitation of our perceptions.
The ultimate truth.
In fact, when we realise the spirit (consciousness in the being ),we are out of the perceptional barrier of our ego. Meditation is the only known technique to dissolve our ego.When meditation happens we realise our self as the spirit of consciousness in the being. It is the status of absolute peace and bliss. When we preserve this capacity we are enlightened that this status of the being never go away from us. Then we become an ongoing Bliss and awareness in the being.
