Nobody on earth is free from stress, elders  at workplace or youngsters at study are victims of stree. Excessive stress could interfere with the quality of our life, productivity and health.
It is not  the issues at the workplace that produce stress. It is the way we approach the situations.

What is stress ?

Stress is a personal stauts created  inside our person by outside environment. Unless we survive our ego,we can not survive our stress, because the environment may not be under our control. But we could reform the status of our person by opening our spiritual centre. (the sacred heart of the universe)

It lies more on the healthy status of our person I . A confused person  is not centred and  is ever frightened. When we are stressed in our status of being, we produce irrational decisions that  results in catastrophic after- effects for us and the environment, we live.

Everybody feel victims of a stressful environment at home or office. When it becomes to our dealing with it, most of us apply our intelligence that could make the situation  even worse. Because our intelligence is a product of our experience,knowledge and emotions. Our intelligence is the status of our ego-the I.
It is a fact that what is going on inside our person influence our outer composure.

We all try to enrich our life with work,  family, and other entertainments or hobbies of our interests.
yet the status of our personal being (our ego) get  bothersome for some or the other  reason.

We are bothered about losing what something we have. We are also bothered about on not achieving that what we do not have but many of our neighbours or peers have.

It is not our  responsibilities that make us stressed but the fear of doing it in a way that others are satisfied. When we feel that the world is watching us our personal status get disturbed .

When life seems  like a competition to maintain what we have and to build more of wealth,power and fame, our personal status is ever in an alert and active status.

When our success in life is measured only on our possessions and our appearance, we are forced to  build and maintain a strong track record of such success.

Even if the long term stress stress following us is responsible for most of our failures and ill health, we can not get out of it unless we reform and empower our person.

Developing our personal status  needs a personal effort  to get out of the control of our intelligence.(emotions)

When we understand the folly of our emotional I status, we can reform our status  by surrendering our self to  the  powerful conscience through  absolute  humility.

Then onwards our I status get empowered to control our emotion and intelligence.When we start controlling our intelligence, we get centred in a sacred heart in us. No stress can approach us as we are in the power field of the  universal centre,the omnipotent conscience.

beaming the light of  our soul
flowering   in  peace and joy
spreading   all  the  fragrance
Gratitude  repays  a  debt we owe

for a journey  along the being
realising  the truth of our existence.

When ever  we create  the problems  in our  life, we  never realise that  “I” am not only the creator but also a problem itself.

As I am unable to know  “what am I?, I believe in  everything that my intelligence tell me. But my intelligence is unable to realise the prejudice living in me that comes with all my belief and learning.

The holistic human  being should have  two components .

The emotional I (the ever evolving ego ) and the sacred heart of  I which is  never evolving and fulfilled in itself. that sacred heart  is also the heart (centre) of this universe.

When ever I have a problem it is only an  emotional  one, which is also my personal problem. Every human problem is a personal  emotional  problem. Human problems are all nothing but  “my emotions” which are the result of selfish interests lead by our ignorance.

In fact my Ego status is the  shadow of  the sacred heart, that wants  to get  exposed through the   mind and body (matter).

Human Ego is simply the  creative existence, entertaining our personal emotions that represent our personal  interests along  our  identity and existence.

In spite of  any higher  education  and  sharp intelligence ,we all  create our own problems, which are only emotional.

Our problems  are also an opportunity to understand  the  sacred heart of of Being which is  the omnipotent power that rules the universe.

We all have  the wisdom to solve our problems  but sooner get into the next one. Because “I”( the ego) am my problem.

To everybody,It seems that  the world is  very complicated in it`s  interaction with me. Because  my ego would like to get admiration for all those non sense I do in my life.

 To understand our own nonsense before doing it,  is  the most  difficult thing  for one`s intelligence.

Because  what ever we create, it is  a necessary part of  our personal ego status  “I“.

Every body knows automatically the who am  “I” ? Because it is the sum- total of our knowledge and our non sense (all that we do around us).

The “who am I” question  could be easly answered as the sum total of what I know about the universe and myself  plus  my titles,relations and possessions.

But the what am I ? question – is not easy to answer . Because it is the sum total of what I do not know .

It relates to all my ignorance on everything including the centre of my existence – “the real I ” which is the sacred heart of the whole universe (the omnipotence)

That is why our “I”,the ego   lives   ever as the  problem creator and  as an ever persisting  confusion.

“I” am a dual existence (the virtual duality of I &I ) beyond  my body and mind (psycho-somatic).In fact  I (the sacred heart) and my  ego are  both   spiritual existence (energy) but with a different status of  existence.

Ego is the identity of my psycho-somatic being  expressing  the invisible Sacred Heart  – the holy spirit expressed as love, bliss  and peace.

Without the creative  ego status  ( the emotional being), the holy spirit  can not  express itself. Yet  it is the divine power and the source of the whole universe.

We all think that our intelligence is very powerful. Fact is that it is the product of our ego that uses the mind to get our selfish interests established through logic solutions.

But the ego is only  the shadow of  the original – the sacred heart of Being.

The universe is fulfilled with this  single  power  of “Conscience”  along the Being -  the omnipotent and omnipresent infinite status.

“I” as my ego  is filled with a spirit  of “my knowledge and ignorance “, which creates the  emotional status that  interacts  with my environment which  produce all my problems, confusion, sorrow or happiness.

An emotional “I“   and a supreme conscience “I”  together make the  holistic Human being, who is very unique at the centre of  the  universe as the sacred heart.

The  realisation   that “I” -am not only the  ego status (emotional being)  but also the  “sacred heart”  of the universe ( Conscience Being) will bring us the permanent solution for all problems created by  our  emotional status (ego)  that never realises  that “I am my problem”.

The worst of crisis in a human life is the lack of right orientation that make  us helpless, in spite of our intelligence,capabilities and knowledge.

We all must have some kind of orientation in our decision making.Yet the number of options before us make us confused to select the most right one.

Confusion is ever persisting with us when  we  are not sure  on our decision  and doubt whether it is the right one. The confusion and uncertainty is even miserable when we can not decide what to do, when we need to do something  to change the present situation.

Any decision  could be both right or wrong. Because our orientation is run by  our interests which are selfish and  the emotions cloud our judgements. Our dreams, anger , pride, envy – all could  lead  us  to be impatient and make impulsive choices  like resigning  our job in a huff or get into  a business  or  a partnership without   evaluating  our decisions rationally  which may not be the right  remedy  for the  present situation.

That is why our orientation is also our dilemma.

We  are what our emotions are, which make or break  our interests  related to different aspects of happiness in life. We all are trying our best  to enjoy our life more or less in our own styles and possibilities. But most of us are not satisfied with our status quo at any given point of time, feeling ever restless and frightened.

Many of us seek a change.

We are ever ambitious, aspiring to climb the ladder of progress and happiness. Everybody is busy pursuing one or the other  dreams.

Many of us would  prefer to be a different person or do something else on every tomorrow. But do not know how, what and where?

Many of us are committed in  providing  everything needed for our family and educating children in the best of colleges. some are worried about their  shortly approaching retirement, yet with vibrant  energy to sit idle.

Living life intensely till death, needs to be anticipated in advance to face the changes that would come anytime or after the retirement.

Having no commitments or not knowing  what to do next, having no responsibilities, no significant hobbies and having lost the capacity to have fun, many people may  drop into  depressed  and exhausted  laziness.

Most of the human stories are more or less identical around the world. Lots of talented people get out of their jobs or are unsatisfied in their present jobs. Even when they are frustrated in their jobs, they have compulsions to continue due to their life circumstances.

Fears and confusion over a better future could make our lives quiet desperate.

More and more people get aged  yet productive into their 70s or 80s. Nobody wants to
retire in boredom and frustration.Being productive, happy and self-reliant needs nothing other than innovative thinking and an open mindset.

The key is to drive the shift from the committed duty bound strict schedule into a simply proactive free independent atmosphere which is never committed or must-bound.

We could reinvent ourself in many ways as to our circumstances. Confusion and Fear both should be cleared from our ego. Confusion because very few people are able to know exactly what they want to do and how they want to live.

Fear is the only evil that hold us back while passion and confidence propel  us forward. The combination of confusion and fear will drain out our self esteem that is necessary to strike out a new direction.

To develop clarity of direction and confront our fears in life we need to be spiritually rooted in us.

Religion say us to be rooted   in Jesus,Krishna or any other cults.Cult Gods can not help us to get out of our fear. Because any faith is an inflated ego.

Spirituality is not  following a religious faith but understanding the “what” in our person.

When we ask the question “what am I” we will get into a pilgrimage into our  centre of our being, the sacred heart.

When we reach there, it becomes a realization that we are not only  our ego which is ever  confused and frightened.

When we go into the centre of our I , we realise the light as Jesus said “you are the light of the world”

Beyond  our ego- intelligence  which is only the surface of our being, every human is  a  light  in essence (Conscience Being) that works as the best ever GPS for the right orientation at all times.

Once connected, to the conscience being,  we never come to any confusion

Yoga happens when our ego (the creative I ) surrenders to the Conscience Being (the passive powerful I  )

Every human being is a dual existence. The human part (the creative ego being)  and the sacred heart. (the powerful divine centre )

One day we all are expected to reach the  divine centre point  of being. There up on,  we do not feel the need to prove our existence  any more.

It is the point of Yoga where our creative Ego surrenders to the divine Conscience Being which is the sacred heart in human being .

The path of Yoga is  a pilgrimage  towards our centre,  to realize  the truth of   “what am I?”

Yoga  happens with  a  silent  surrender of our ego with the Conscience Being .

There could be nothing more precious to the human being   than realizing the divine centre  in them.

Yoga  is  the self dedication to find our spiritual roots.

Yoga is the path of  self discovery. Contrary to  all  education and training, which  is the path of  discovering anything and everything outside ourselves ,Yoga is a pilgrimage into our centre.

Yoga  reveals the meaning of life and the reality of our existence.

When we attain yoga, our life begins to express through the moment being and  we get liberated from our ego which is based on the feelings and emotions in duality.

Our karma (Ego)  is generating a mix of feelings, both negative and positive. Mostly the negative feelings dominate our  life because  we  forget the positive feelings sooner  than  the negative. That is one reason why  the life is felt like  a burden for most of us, somewhere along the path.

As a  yogi, we  become able to live  without  any reason or selfish interests. Then life becomes  a  free flow like the river. Life  becomes  a spontaneous flow along the being of reality instead of dreams or trauma.

Such life is a celebration  without any need for possessing anything. Then  life  becomes simple  and an expression of  what is  being.

Jesus, the living legend of Yoga

Jesus is the  living legend of yoga, who told ” I- am the way,the truth and the life.”

Yoga helps us to  discover  ourselves  without any external pilgrimage and worship

Untill we discover  ourself, all our achievements  go in vain, and the life remains a frustration waiting for better times.

Maha-rishi Patanjali,who is considered as the father of Yoga, compiled 195 sutras, which serve as a framework for integrating Yoga into our daily  life. Believed to be compiled somewhere around 200 BC, the core of Patanjali’s teachings lie in an eight stepped  path leading to yoga which  is called ashtanga yoga.

The practice of the first five steps  of Ashtanga- Yoga is intended to create a disciplined, authentic person, who is enabled  to lead a worthy physical and social  life.

One who practices this much of yoga becomes a perfect happy  person void of any mental or physical ailments.It makes us  a perfect psycho-somatic status, to proceed to the rest of three divisions which make  the higher path of yoga.

The next three steps define the path of a true spiritual seeker.It is  a more deep and complex stretch of the yoga path,which demand endurance and  intellectual  strength  in perceiving  and realizing the truth behind our existence.This realization happens  by exiting our ego being (total surrender) and reaching the conscience Being.

It is a self learning that evolves in to the  higher path  that goes beyond our ego status(emotional being).

It is the personal pilgrimage towards the truth of our own self.It is a spiritual path that  begins with dharana,dhyan  and ends with samadhi,which is the peak of human excellence.

Dharana (perception)
It  simply means  perception.The only detriment of a person for uniting with self  awareness or getting into the being is our ego being.

Our ego is  ever evolving and virtual. That is the reason why it remains as  an ever- wandering reality, which  makes us ever the  restless status.

Understanding our ego(I am) is all about  dharana. Any perception happens in me. A clear perception on my emotional status  and the destination will help us fix in  the dharana.
Dhyan (meditation)
Dhyan  is the Sanskrit word for  meditation.When the dharanais right and strong, the “I” become  clear of all confusions.”I” (the emotional being )becomes ready to surrender to the awareness being. When the surrender is absolute, Meditation happens and we are cut from the function of the psycho-somatic status.the psyche is no more in our body.then we are ready for Samadhi, the target of yoga.

Samadhi (Yoga)
This is only the progression of dhyan.When dhyan attains a depth, the person  transcends into  spirit and  merges into the being which is infinite. The physical existence go insignificant on this stage .  Just as when a  filled balloon becomes empty and the air becomes one with the atmosphere, the existence of the physical character also changes. Because there is not any function of mind that feels the personal  existence.

Our  spiritual existence has no,affiliations and  feelings , becomes an expression of the infinite Being, realize what Jesus told.

“ I am the way,truth and the life.”

Two centuries, after Patanjali, Jesus  gave a more clear definition  to the Yoga path awhich is also the  meaning of human life on earth.

Jesus defined love as God.

Jesus was the first ever yogi  who said  that ” God is  love and  God  do not  Love ”

The feeling of our ego can  not  be true love. True love as Jesus said, is an expression  of the holy  spirit (conscience being ) residing in  every human being.

Two strangers meeting on the way, feeling lonely, catch  each other’s  attention and feel that  they  have something that pull them to each other. People say they  are in love.

But in reality, they are  not in love but in romance. They are in a barter deal of their emotions. They are engaging  themselves in an emotional exchange. They only get on wings of their dreams, a need  of their ego. They try to amuse themselves, exchanging  mutual dreams. It is romance  and lust but certainly, not  love.

Lust is a deep feeling of selfish interest to own, what we wish. Any  love, prayer worship  towards God for getting favour, are something other than  love. Loving to get something is never true love.Love is not compatible with desire.Then it ceases to be Love.

Lust  is misunderstood as love

What do we mean by the word lust ?

One thing we certainly all feel is that it has a pull in it, the energy that moves us to do or not to do things. When we fall in love, we are pulled in with a magnetic force. We gravitate towards the object of our love, we are  almost in a helpless situation to stand on as our self. We are pulled even against our will. that’s why we call it ‘falling in the whirl of the love current.

Nobody could avoid it, when the emotional  energy pull us,because  we are moved by an  unimaginable level. The pull is  bigger than our personal strength to stay firm on earth.

Lust is a  transforming current.

Lust is is a great emotional  pull of energy. whenever we fall in love, suddenly we are no longer the same person. Some miracle changes our emotional being (ego). By falling in love with somebody  a violent man becomes kind and tender and compassionate, as if almost impossible to believe.If we watch  people’s faces and eyes when they fall in love? Because  love takes possession of reciprocal ego. Two egos are transcended to  greater dimensions.

If we are inefficient in managing lust we will  fail in our ego being. Our logic give us a feeling that we are somebody. The modern man feels too alienated, feels too much an outsider, does not feel at home, at ease with life, existence, the world. He feels life and himself as a curse rather than a blessing.

“Life, Love and Light of Conscience Being”  are synonymous with the status of paradise.

Love give  us  an understanding  that we  are a nobody. When Love arises in us we become divine at our own and sovereign without the need to possess or being possessed.

Love as Jesus said is a divine energy that never pull or push. Love  is the most significant experience in our life on earth.For a spiritual person  love remains the central status of their being replacing the ego being. For a person who could love the world,Paradise is never a post mortem status as the religions make people to believe in.

Paradise is a living experience

In order to realise the paradise in our life, we should be alive in this moment with the  light of  conscience, the sacred heart of the universe .

Then we become the source of all virtues. When we are in paradise, the  intelligence (logic) oriented “I” (ego) surrenders to our sacred heart ,inside.

Unlike Lust, there is nothing to manage or being managed with Love. Because Love is not a psychological feeling. Love  do not have an interest, desire or need of possessing   anything.

where as Lust  is a deal  which is is psychological .

Too much psychological training and effort is needed to manage any relationships built on  our ego

But we need not  manage love. when we have to manage it , it can not be love. Because Love is God. How could we manage it ?

Catholic church becomes  star of the Media

Suddenly the catholic church has become the star of the Media.Breaking with thousands of years of tradition, a Pope, has resigned from his Highness Holiness. It is neither  “il gran rifiuto,” any grand refusal, nor an act of cowardice to create any  divine Comedy.

He might have  done it simply because of his inability to carry on due to low health and high age.

The Pope, Ratzinger did not dare to reform the church  but followed all conservative traditions of the church  during his papacy for eight years,as he resigns now.It has been a natural shock for the world’s more than one billion Catholics,who constitute a global political and social force of a same faith.

The papal resignation is a shock because it coincides with an epoch when the  Catholic church is under attack, worldwide, for a number of reasons like sexual abuse by many  priests,child molestation, issues  of gay marriages, celibacy, lack of institutional transparency, priesthood for women and many more.

The church is considered too conservative in the rich West,where many of the old customs, originated in a  primitive past have been replaced by  innovative life styles emerged out of the modern science and technology.

Catholic church and the need for reforms

Both inside and outside, the cry for reforms are becoming aloud. But there is a reason why the church can never get it reformed. The catholic Church and the communists alike share the fate of  a dead end when it comes to innovate and reform because of the pyramidal hierarchy structure of both institutions.

The power is managed at the top by a single authority dictating rule of law along the vague non transparent system down that allows the system to corrupt and malign  from with in.Fear and confusion are the guiding force that prevent the opening up of church and the communist party.

Both the systems are  built on cadre and volunteers who are faithful  followers yet having  no right to criticize the elites who manage the power.The business of catholic spirituality  and the political business  of china`s communist party are going through a similar stage of their evolution.

The tectonic shifts  taking place in the modern life styles of the western rich society is getting more and more sceptical on the primitive old customs of the church.

As more and more Chinese become rich and millionaires, the gap between the poor and the rich is growing very fast which undermines the core  ideals of  communism itself.The ruling elite itself find it difficult to give answers for poor and deprived on the one side.On the other side the rich will demand more freedom fairness of rule and transparency in the system.

Reforming brings the challenge  of controlling the selfish human Ego

Religion  or party politics, both are organised collective ego of a large tribe or group of people ( a united emotional status).Both are  very sensitive  organisations  and extremely difficult to get managed unless there is a totalitarian control.

The untouchable “highness of Holiness” is the legitimation  in the hands of church where as  the political and military power legitimises  the control  of the party to keep the land under control in China.

Both the Communism  and the catholic church are the most reform needed institutions on earth.Because they are the most corrupt  enclosed public structures in the world.

 One more Martin Luther of the 16th-century may be impossible .

Unlike the prophet Mohamed, Jesus has never proclaimed himself as the last prophet. Jesus did not even give any final laws  on human life that may put back the humanity in to the primitive psychology of  pre – historic times.

The  greatest  ever spiritual comment from Jesus aims the nonstop reform of the human ego.

Jesus said “I am the way,the life and the truth”. “No one comes to this  truth except through oneself “.

But the church made it`s trinity God, manipulating Jesus and the first cadre religion was born on earth incorporating the orthodox psychology of that times.

But outside the religion if anybody understands the true Jesus he was the pioneer  in human reformation, ever born on earth.

The catholic church has never grown out of the primitive  psychology of it`s origin.

The  system church will not get reformed before either it collapse as the result of natural decay or it is revolted out by the natural evolution as we see in some countries of the Arab  region.

E-motions at work that works for everybody.

Human beings are nothing other than (e-go) moving emotions of both positive and negative energy flows in us and around us. Whenever  we think of doing something, our emotions are at work which again will  invoke  the emotions of others.

When our person go straight to uncontrolled or spontaneous emotions –we may hear  the cry  from the other side ” Mind your business” or the welcome smile.

A lot of research has been  done in recent years on the issues of  emotions in people at the workplace, particularly around the positive effects of our positive emotions.

It is a wrong notion to think it contra productive,when someone is enjoying himself or herself at work, smiling with colleagues or customers in  a friendly chat, and may be even spending some extra  time for it. It do not mean that they are  not serious about their work, or they do not work hard enough as others who do not enjoy such emotional cushions.

We  know  from the research that the psychology of positive emotions not only makes us happier at work, but  also makes us more productive and  creative. It helps us eliminate our personal sorrows and wash out any emotional blocks and empower us in delivering  better results at work place.

If we want to be innovative at work,solving  problems, and building co-operative  relationships with colleagues and leadership, then we need to have  positive emotions in our person.

When we are aware of our emotions and study on it , we could  find more meaning and purpose in  approaching  issues of day to day life. With positive emotions we receive more social support and acceptance in our team or at home. We could also say goodbye to all our psycho somatic symptoms that leads to burn out and disease.We could also sleep better if we approach life without  stressed  emotions (ego)

Open up ourselves  and empower our ego is one of the cornerstones of making a  positive psychology work in us. When we open up for learning from others, the positive emotions starts to outweigh the negative in our person.

We need to learn from the interactions with children to  apply it in our relationship with our partners at work or anywhere else.

All positive emotions lead to better cognitive efficiency, lighting up the new pathways for ideas, enhancing our abilities and skills for better social ties. To be able to generate positive emotions, we first need to know what type of  a person we are ?- in order  to identify the status of our ego and the emotions it produce.

Being curious, amazing or engaged in the world around us will generate interest in every thing or  people we meet.It will eliminate our pride of  being able to feel dignified, accomplishing things that has high level of social value,and self centeredness.This can empower us with  a sense of purpose and meaning in what ever we are doing.

Being an open-person we become able to  allow moments of joy, gratitude, inspiration as expressions of  our life. But mostly,we  are so busy that we  don’t  even  think about how we are feeling, or whether we are experiencing those moments of goodness that lead to our happiness and quality of life.

We need to create the space and the time, to exploit  positive flood of emotions in our life and through our relationships. It will eliminate the negative emotions, like fear, anger or hatred that are most deadly things in our life.

The virtue of positive emotions empower  our ego (I). Then we could say the world “I love everything I do and I do everything I love” in  a serenity status.

Serenity is a  divine status of peace and tranquility that come out of the moment of being  in bliss.When we go beyond our emotions,we are the serenity.

The difference between God and human is only in their status of  value.

God  is the  sacred heart of the the universe at the value of zero. Zero is the value of all virtues. All virtues originate in Love. that is why Iesus told ” God is Love“.

Human is  an ever changing emotional status  of intelligence (ego) one to nine (1-9).

Who ever places the value of God at the right side of their ego value, get it multiplied by the number of times of zero .  Without the adding the zero to our  ego, nobody could become the hero of their status.

Human is the  creative  energy  where as  God is the energy  of peace, potence and bliss

Human creativity works on one`s  individual intelligence  which is made out of one`s  emotional need and  potential opportunities.

Human is a restless  status of one`s psychology but God works without psychology (intelligence).

God is the status of peace, love and bliss. People could love each other when they get the “sacred heart” implanted in them.  God do not love- God is love.

People expect that God help them in their self created difficulties. But God  do not help people who  are selfish. Because  selfish people  always go away from the sacred heart of the universe (the omnipotence)

Every human  is emotional. God is a zero emotion. When we get out of our emotion (ego), we join the sacred heart which is the ultimate power along the infinity.

Human ego lives only with the past and future, the reason why they are out of the status called paradise . paradise Eden is here and now on earth.

There can not be a post mortem Paradise. It is a religious cheat.

God is a zero status along the infinite Being as the sacred heart of the universe. Whenever we enter the status of being we also join the sacred heart.

Human  seldom realize the truth of his existence which is  the sacred heart  of the universe. The spiritual  truth of the universe  is ever ignored by the human ego that thinks only about  the prime value and wealth it possess (ego).

Beyond our ego, we all are one with God the energy of Love, peace and Bliss.

“I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot enter the Kingdom of God.” Jesus.

“Born Again” ― What Did Jesus Mean?

Millions of people on earth believe that they will be  “born again” by believing in Jesus. But they are mistaken. Believing is a prejudice of our ego. To get born again, we should work on our ego.

What did Jesus mean by the term born again? And when a person today claims to have been born again, or asks if you have been born again, what his yes mean?

According to Jesus, to be born again is to undergo a ‘spiritual rebirth’ of the human ego, to  implant the sacred heart in our person to get out of the darkness of our ego.

“Born again”is a term associated with salvation in Christianity. Individuals who profess to be born again often state that they have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, which Jesus did not mean.

In fact, the term “born again” was used to idealize a new sort of resurrection that is very similar idea of Moksha in Hindu belief.

Unless we exit our ego being (the intelligent  status of selfishness) to the zero status of Infinity, we are not re-born.

The intellectual  deficit within  our ego.

Jesus himself, of course, had undergone this spiritual rebirth. Otherwise he would not be a Jesus.From his own explanation, it is clear that he did not speak of a physical resurrection or any salvation by believing in him.

This is the proof enough that his “physical resurrection” was a com-plot  to make people of ancient times to believe in Jesus as god.  Because  they did not have the capacity to understand  what Jesus told on re-birth, or the intellectual limitation of such a lie.

It could only be a worthless and useless lie in the modern times which prevents  people from realizing the true re-birth in to spirit as Jesus wanted it to be.

The myth  is not only far from  the truth, but also  against the spirit of Jesus.

Such myths mislead people to follow Jesus as their Savior. But Jesus could save nobody. He has joined the zero status. which is beyond human ego.

Everybody should save themselves through the spiritual birth. History of and Myths are twisted stories as we see in  any Scriptures and holy books, which are only products of some  super intelligence of those days.

The   Modern  human being has more capacity to perceive the true Jesus who became a zero status through exiting his Ego status  to enter the Being”-the sacred heart of the universe.

When the  past follows the modern

There is no alternative for removing the firewalls of communism, if modern  China is to become  a great nation. The history is  gradually moving away from the world’ dominated by Europe, US and Japan to a new world story  led by China on the top of  this  natural  Rotation

The dissolution of the USSR in 1991 was a natural  evolution of  their  social, economic  and political  business system prevailed there.

In contrast to the gradual growth of other powers along many centuries, China’s economic system reform  has produced spectacular growth in  four decades. It  has also created  some serious  unsustainable socio-economic dis- equilibrium which could destabilize china unless it is corrected with a political will. For that the leadership should shift from communist psychology to realities of the modern world. It needs  more a personal growth in  those leaders who manage the power.

 The Great Revolution launched in 1966 by Mao to clear out  capitalist  advocates, became  a  violent  class struggle in the history books.  China’s youth responded to Mao’s appeal by forming the “Red Guard”  groups around the country which   resulted in widespread factional struggles in all walks of life inclusive top leadership like Deng Xiaoping.

After Mao’s death in 1976, reformers led by Deng  gained prominence that catapulted china to the second position of economic strength in the world.

Great nations are made on great ideas and not on strong  walls.

Great ideas come out of great leaders. great leaders come out of great freedom. Freedom is a status of “peace and awareness”, in society about the realities which is  opposite of  any  collective and corrupt national ego. Greatness of any country is not in their leaders but in the status of  their culture that refines  every aspect of human life to realise the present truth.

There are many expert predictions on china  overtaking  the USA,  as the world`s leading  nation. This may be the result of a phobia created  by the sudden economic rise of china. In truth it could be only a dream of many of the Chinese people , especially the Communist party of china.

Nobody should doubt that China’s economy would be larger than that of the US, sooner or later if china could keep the momentum. but that does not mean that  China’s “international status” would exceed that of the US by anytime provided the communist philosophy is followed in china.

The leadership is committed to translate China’s stunning economic growth  in to military might to deal with both internal and external issues. The political china became more  assertive in establishing their   security interests in the Asia-Pacific region. China may move  increasingly at odds in coming decades as they dream to acquire more and more global influence.Decades of economic policies  and openness to foreign investment have propelled China to become the world’s second-largest economy behind the US from a poor  agricultural country in 30 years. Any type of Communism could prosper in an underdeveloped agrarian society. Because even in a despotic and corrupt system, there is not much wealth to be distributed among people. Then the effort is more on production of wealth than on equality in distributing  wealth.

Within  the Confucian   ideals of china , loyalty is traditionally preferred over competence . Therein lies the seed of systemic corruption in Chinese  politics.  That is why  the present  political system in China, with a  modern  clothing and polished  rhetoric, is still fundamentally feudal, both in the manner in which power is distributed and managed. This is why a different  cultural revolution  will be necessary to move China forwards  in the modern world.

Communism  with wealth  should be  a different story.

In a rich communist  economy, the motivation of people may depend more on fairness, equality  and transparency of politics than on the “communist  ideal of  classless  fraternity”  . Another serious problem  is that  Corruption and the governance efficiency   do not go hand in hand  which will be  growing  challenge in modern  China. That is why china needs a different Revolution to that of the great cultural revolution of Mao.  Then only China may be able to surpass  US, Germany or Japan , the great nations  on earth, which prospered with human rights and freedom of speech. While “reform and open”  leads  the modern interconnected world, the strategy and of China’s “reform and open” should be compatible to modern realities.

The Us evolution has  a different story

The US has come to the pioneer position only through  their  openness and boldness of rewarding merit and talent. The huge technological capacity  built over centuries  is the result of a never ending innovation  process in education, culture and politics.  Even when China overtakes the  US in economic terms, the political set up  can never  shift to an open and democratic political  culture, which remain  the black hole of china.

This deficit of communism is like a black hole  because it absorbs all the light of prosperity  and power that appear on the  Chinese  horizon. With its  communist totalitarian culture, if they go power assertive in solving disputes with it`s neighbours, china may not fulfil  it`s dream to become a great nation in spite of all the economic might it may win. The elite ruling class may never realize it till it breaks up as an accident or as a change of must.

Greatnesss do not happen when our dreams go forwards and the reality goes backwards.

Openness and freedom for citizens is the door to a glorious Chinese future. The  fortification with   the Great Wall in China might have been the right move in  the 7th century BC. The 21^st century is different  where people aspire to have freedom, not walls that limit their  free spirits of expressing themselves. China awaits the  next revolution probably  of “White Guards” without bloodshed.

The rich communists should support and chanelise  it . Otherwise they  have to loose a lot – ” enjoying their wealth” and  realising the  dream of a ” great China “.

The  fulfilment of human life needs two legs.

Deep within us, all of us are yearning for one common goal. It is nothing other than “success” in what all things we do in creating wealth, entertaining and welfare. The human  vision of life is mostly the same as long as it is steered by our ego being the “I”.

My success at all cost, with toil and moil, day or night or both is what “I” want . All of us want to be valued, loved and celebrated on our  ‘success’,which  is hard worked.  We all are ambitious of  conquering our targets  of succeeding in private and public life.

With all our success , we have also the  compulsion  to acquire as many material things as possible which we think can increase our security, comforts, pleasures and satisfaction. This process will inevitably result in competitions, tensions and conflicts.

Ambition and greed are the driving forces  that motivate us to work even beyond our limits. Most of us  are working hard  and long hours,wearing out sooner than in the past decades. Yet the commitment of our “I” is in always in a compulsion mode. so we get in to chronic fatigue and restlessness.

Our health and satisfaction becomes the next challenge?

Most researchers point out  stress in  life and work  as a key concern,  leading to many of our   health problems, both psychic and physical. The material success of human life is only one side of the life. We can not become contented and fulfilled in life only with the material prosperity. It becomes  only one leg of our life. The other life is spiritual.

The spiritual leg is nothing but getting centred in us.It is possible only by opening a place for the sacred heart of the being in us.This is the path of Yoga as Jesus told.

“I am the truth,the way and life “. When every I understand oneself as Jesus said , every I get a centre (sacred heart) opened in them.

Every I get centred on the heart of the whole universe (God) and that person get fulfilled. From this point onwards they do not have any  unfulfilled desire or wish as their  ego (emotional status) exit the I to enter the status of eternal peace, love and bliss.

The famous Indian epoch Bhagavath Gita also give the same message as Jesus did.

In that sri Krishna says to Arjuna “Surrender  your will (ego) to me (the supreme conscience being). Then you become the instrument of my will (conscience) and your actions will not bind you anymore.

The central message here is  exactly how to get  the spiritual heart established in the human being. It is nothing but surrendering  our ego I to  enter the heart  of conscience being.

It will open the sacred heart (the spiritual heart of the universe)in our  person which is the source of  peace,bliss and all virtues.

 The perverse  machismo has an obsession  for Sex and  violence.Because it is a staus of a disturbed human ego.

The primitive machismo could become  perverse, assertive and  dangerous. Because it has a chronic emotional deficit of  sex, dominance and peace . So the machismo  becomes  restless like a monkey, but with a creative  ego and too much energy, trying to  establish itself with any possible means. When it is a group of more than two the devilishness can be high to any limit.

The most devilish form of human violence come out of  the machismo  , mostly against helpless people . Violence is an emotion that creates a blindness or black out of our awareness. Machismo has  a chronic deficit in their ego,that controls their  sex machinery.

The barbaric  assault and rape of a girl in New Delhi has produced a never seen before wave of  protest and reactions throughout India against the ill- treatment of  women  and children  so badly,  in a country where the cow is worshipped as holy.

Masculine crimes are the same everywhere.

Rape and sexual assault against women  is not only an Indian problem.  The root cause of crime against women is not ‘women’ but  the confused  ego  in men who carry the wrong idol of machismo in a traditional patriarchal establishment. It is a  psychological   deficit of  men.  There are many countries on earth, where the women are ill treated and ignored and sexually exploited by the male dominant social system. Crimes like murder and robbery , harassment of women – molestation, sexual harassment  and rape are typical masculine crimes done against the feminine.

Rape and sexual violence have to be seen as a male issue in a male dominated  social set up. The rapist is not  any  rare  figure  or an unknown demon. Each rapist  lives very near to the victim, in the  society,  seemingly as a normal person.

The men all over  the world, are indebted to the feminine community,  for their comfortable life created by  their  mothers, wives or girl  friends. That is why no men on earth could ever turn  misogynistic even when some men  treat some  women occasionally with  self righteous threat  or  violence.

Yet why do any man commit such barbaric atrocities against the feminine divinity ? Is it  the male madness for sex and dominance or the criminal instinct  created by lack of spiritual roots, social culture of modern life styles  copied from films and media in this  digital age ?

The notorious book of Kamasutra  to  the erotic  idolatory walls of the temples  in Khajuraho tell the story of a  diseased  maskulin hunger for sex.

The erotic need of the machismo has a long tradition going back to pre-historic times.It seems like a  paradox that these temples, which were forbidden and completely infamous when they were originally found, were built to celebrate the Kama Sutra which shows the most ancient history of pornography and erotics. Wrongly deemed by some to  be vulgar, these  boldly erotic temples are  designed out of  the  top limits of the human psychological need of  titillation  in the ancient times. The sex psychology of men is the same in pre-historic times as well as today.

In modern times  the Khajurahos and the book of kamasutra  has been replaced by the digital entertainment industry in all possible  ways . Bollywood’s cult movies are  enough erotic with  women  and men performing   dances in most erotic  ways. The villainous  rape scenes in most of the films , are meant only to show  the male  audience who may cheer inside their ego weakness,  a masculine kamasutra fantasy. But when somebody  save such scenes in the hard disc  of their ego machismo, it becomes a challenge for them  to face any woman in a non- sexual  decent  way.

A world dominated by  women power is the right answer ?

Women  need to develop a culture  of projecting themselves powerful,  not as a  sex object for men but as a  motherly and sisterly  divine being, a role  the nature has assigned to them. The  focusing on protecting women by men also  perpetuates the victim hood of sexual assault  and violence against them.

Inefficient  legal system  operating in a patriarchal social set up.

The  woman reporting a case of domestic violence in such societies, may be doing so at great personal risk .  In a patriarchal dominated society, she can not expect the open social support in cases of domestic violence. when she goes back without any help from the police, she will be beaten up again. When  the husband is called to the station, he goes free on bail with out any guarantee that he will not repeat the same.  In such a insecure situation, they have  to pull on in the  same house  at a greater risk.

The mass male attitude against women should change everywhere,especially  in the developing world. Men should understand that the sex appeal or fashion shown by the woman is not any expression of their sex appetite. Woman do not have  psycho- logical need for sex and erotic fantasy.

Neither the protests , nor an  empathy  towards the victims may eradicate the problem of sexual assault  and violence on women. Harassment from the male machismo,in any manner shall not be tolerated in family,office or elsewhere.Women should never feel weak against the male power. They should organise themselves to be cautious and vigilant. They should understand that the security of  woman is in their own hands.  We  should sensibilize  the problem at home,schools and offices.

Madness is an  outcome of our unstable and confused  ego.

Any form of human violence come out of  our disturbed ego status . Violence is an emotion that creates a blindness or black out of our awareness. .  Unlike the male sexuality, the feminine sexuality is not motivated by the ego (psyche) but by the awareness being in them. Sexuality in men seems to be the psychological deficit which is hardly  compensated  to the satiated level.

Police could help only in a postmortem position.

Anywhere in the world, even the best police force can hardly prevent crimes.It is the  civic vigilance and awareness being in people that  could alone avoid and prevent a possible crime.Even in new Delhi or New york, police can only do the post crime investigation in catching the criminal for punishing them.

Any crime is the result of an ego  deficit

The main  deficit of the male  ego  can only  come out as  violence and crime over the weak and helpless . It will come out when ever and where ever there is an opportunity. The human culture of education, religion and politics are breeding nests for the  male ego deficit. Yet people  understand the opposite. This is a human tradition in many societies .

Across some  religions  or cultures,  for thousands of years, women have been subjugated  as sub standard  human beings, by  force in the name of God and faith, or by preventing  access to empowering themselves with education and work.

Gender  sensitivity is ingrained in the masculine  collective  ego in such traditional societies  that  men understand  women as a  commodity  for their  existence. Woman as an object has been reinforced by  the explosion of commercial ads and film industry where  the  nudity of women and stories  represent the perverse masculine psychology.

The psychology of lust

The  traditional deficit  and weakness of  men  could be  rectified only by rightly  educating them everywhere  than by wrongly punishing them as criminals. Otherwise  the barbaric Machismo  will  go on  trying  to be a step ahead, on  creating   brutal violence and more crimes .

Because they too want to satisfy their lust  in the direction they move.

What is a human being ?

Any   human being is nothing other than a pure “psychological existence” defined by  their own  ego being. Such an ego being is very unique, pretentious  and ever changing with their perceptions at a given time. Even the very close relatives can not have any idea about the developments and evolution taking place inside of  such  mysterious human being , as they  come to an end of their psycho-logic. it could mean an aberration with a black out from the realities.

Every Human could become a tragedy  untill they become self aware of their real existence, which is beyond the ego being.

Civilization, education or social status can not help us in this helpless human situation. As Jesus told, it is a personal way in to our own person that everybody should undertake personally to understand oneself.

Why history repeats ?

Just  days before Christmas, people held hands, lit candles and sang “Silent Night” .

At New-town Connecticut, this Christmas on 2012, would be different and will go in to the history of human madness.

In the well-knit New-town, community of less than 27,000 people, hundreds of people stood at local church with  the 28 dead — 20 children and six adults at the school, the gunman’s mother at home, and the gunman himself.

This time, it is a 20-year-old  Adam Lanza who raged  his way into the Connecticut elementary school,who wrote  his chapter of history while, the world is puzzled over his motive. All human cruelties are tragedies  that show us, at least a psychological motive. But madness that break out suddenly,  brings a dead end for the  human psycho- logic.
The horror  massacre of 26 children and  a few adults in the US state of Connecticut will no doubt, call for a soul-searching by readers around the world. We all have, a first  question about why the 20-year-old, (described as a brilliant youth) has been driven to such a horrible crime and why  he chose his victims, some of them who are as young as 5years old.

According to eye witnesses, Lanza didn’t say a word, as he burst into a classroom, shooting, and later killed himself. Investigators were trying to learn more about Lanza, while the Police could not trace any  motive for the mass shooting, one of the deadliest in US history, and among school attacks the second only to the 2007  massacre,at Virginia, which made 33 people die.

Adam Lanza , according to  several news clippings from recent years,  was among the best students, who  was a smart  boy, probably one of the smartest kids. Yet it is mysterious to  the outside world,  how an  evil could  grow in this young smart boy.

What was his motive?

Now, the whole world is asking  the same question. Why did this young boy happen to do such a  horrible massacre in his own native place?

Any  human being  is only  the unique psychological existence created by their own ego environment. The guiding force in a human being  is his or her psycho-logic at a given time. All desires, dreams and trauma create our never ending psycho- logic which  is exclusive to the person and the time of it`s origin. This is an ego environment of a person which is hidden to the outside world. The whole of human civilization is built on this ego environment.

Any questions to get an answer why did one particular person do  something  which is out of the norm of human psycho-logic is meaningless, as the human psyche itself do  not have a constant meaning and existence.

Only an “awareness of the being” could fix  the   psychological being in people.

“Corruption” is a  deficit, that exists in our Emotional being.

When our “I” the CEO (Emotional being- ego) itself is a fraud creation, there is no wonder when it corrupts where ever there is the opportunity. Our Ego is fraud  because, it is only the shadow of our self, but acting as if it is the original

There are a lot of “coaching  and preaching” going on in education  circles, to teach  political  leaders  and corporate executives to make them fair with accountability  against fraud and corruption. These  programmes  focus on cultivating responsible personal conduct of an authentic human being.

But it is hard to change  an ego being in to an  authentic human being . It is not only a matter of training. More than the training, it is  a self transformation  inside our person.

A  genuine world,  free of corruption and exploitation is an utopia.

Why is our  world  run by  frauds done by people against people and nations against nations, where politics,religion and business go hand in hand. But everybody wants a genuine world free of corruption and exploitation. In a world  where scams and business scandals are making headlines every day, the interest of people against “Corruption” is also immense. But the victims are also the actors in an ego driven environment. It is  the way, our ego functions to live and thrive making the reality an  illusion.

Corruption is the worst form of human rights violation,anywhere and everywhere that has many faces . Corruption is the biggest issue, concern and a widespread human phenomenon that moves the world of business,politics and religion.In an ego centric world, where money and power is the target of creativity and intelligence, corruption and not genuineness,becomes the deciding factor  of human status and intelligence. It has a broad spectrum  from petty bribery to large cases of multinational corruption where politics and business go hand in hand.Acceptability of corruption seems to be a personal culture with social roots.The beneficiaries and actors are office bearers of the social collectives or an institution, where an individual or some individuals get the power and opportunity at their disposal.

Being honest is a personal quality that can not be trained, or transferred to another person. It is a fact that the human  greed over need is like vicious virus in our ego,that  wants to get rich as quickly as possible even with  corrupt and illeagal means. Personal relationships make corruptions, socially  acceptable. “This is my friend or relative who has to be given a special treatment” is something happening  everywhere where emotions  drive our relationships.

Being authentic is being against the deficit  of our ego.

Every human needs an internal change to be genuine. Every human is born as sovereign and dignified but become refugees of our own ego and of the social, with which,we share the collective ego and emotion.

Do laughter  brings  joy  or  the joy brings laughter  that heals ?.

Joy is not only  happiness but happiness with peace. The term joy is not easy to define. when we laugh artificial, it could make us happy but not give us joy.

People any where,  laugh with a reason of humour or to express the  feeling of a happiness. If grown up people  laugh without  reason, it  could be interpreted as  insanity. But being childish, anybody become innocent and could laugh anytime with sanity and without reason. Innocence needs  the absence of stress, tension or fear. Innocence is the  freedom from being led by our ego  and emotional commitments .

When we are  committed to our ego, we are not moving with the being . It is  the challenge we all face. When we are not free,even our laughter becomes an artificial gesture. Such laughter can not have any positive impact on our health or quality of our life.Because we can not fool our own intelligence. Even if we could share any laughing mood with others, our intelligence can not ignore our problems inside.

There is a  healing chemistry” in real and innocent  laughter that is  an expression of  our well being. Laughter is the best and cheapest medicine at our disposal. but it shall not be an artificial one. Synthetic laughter cannot bring us any benefit of the natural laughter except the benefit of an exercise for  our facial and abdominal muscles with better blood circulation. It has only the good effects of any other physical exercise.

Synthetic laughter could never be  a stress-buster or remedy for our ailments, which are created in our ego status. The fact is that our intelligence  is able to distinguish between fake and genuine laughter .We know  any fake before we do it. Again when something becomes a ritual,it loses  its charm and inspiration.

That is why the “happy healing chemistry” of laughter  do not work with synthetic laughter in our ego environment. Therefor,any fake laughter can not produce the effects of an innocent  laughter .

When Laughter is more about a social manner , it is intended to create something funny jokes or humour  that serve our personal motives for better  relationships. Above that  It relaxes us for the time being just like any prayer or ritual.

Mature Ego, brings us innocent laughter. If we clean our ego status by relieving it from the strains of selfishness, we could have a different life, which can bring us innocent laughter and joy. Then we need not create laughter  as a ritual . It comes as natural and innocent.

Joy  spring out  as  an expression of our self when it is freed from the limitation of our selfish emotional environment.

If we believe that with more knowledge,we get more clarity in life,we may not be  right.Normally,we think that we know everything about ourselves and many things over others and the outside world. Even then,we do not know what we do not know or how much we do not know over  the truth of our existence and life.

Those who believe that they have clarity, are really in great trouble. Their clarity is only superficial and temporary. The more intelligent,they become, the more they feel confused and may do more non sense than what make sense.

The mediocre people show, being smart in life, smiling and laughing with celebrations, accumulating money, struggling for power and fame.When we see them, we will feel that they look so confident, ever in happiness and peace. If they are succeeding, if their money is increasing and their power is increasing and their fame is growing,we may even feel jealous of them.Because,when we are so confused, they seems to be so clear about their life as if  they have a direction, they have a goal, they know how to attain goals.We see that they are managing, they are already achieving, they are climbing the ladder. And we are just no where near them.We are  confused about what to do, what not to do, what is right and what is wrong. The smart and  the mediocre appears to be  certain and clear.But in fact, they are not. They only  refuse to accept it or byfurcate their confusions for the time being. They are suppressing their confusion and stress.
Confusion is an opportunity to those who understand it

Our confusions  tell us that going along the way our ego take us, is not the right way. If we are really confused, we may find out a way to get blessed . Now something has  become possible, something likely to be a game changer has come before our doors.We have understood that our ego leadership has failed. Therefor we want to open our closed doors to get  rid of our all confusion created by our ego.

We are coming closer and closer to the death of our ego being. And it is the greatest thing that can ever happen to us in our life. Sooner or later, we will have to drop our ego. Even if we don’t drop it, it will drop of its own .Because our confusion has become so much, so heavy, that we are at our dead end.We must take a U turn. And when our ego  dies,our  confusion disappears with it.We get a new direction that leads to clarity. When there is confusion, there can not be certainty. When confusion disappears, certainty appears in our person.We become authentic.
It is the most beautiful moment in one’s life when there is neither confusion nor uncertainty. With our certainty,we become a mirror reflecting that which is the being,with no other direction, going nowhere,with no idea of doing something different, with no future.With certainty we are just here, in the moment of the being.
When there is no ego, there can be no future and no past. Only this moment, that becomes all in all and authentic. This moment becomes our existence. When  the whole existence embrace this moment, it  becomes  the only significant time  that make  us authentic and peaceful.
Some people,everywhere come to convince  you with arguments from scriptures and gospels. But your  confusion continues even with the Bible, with the Quran or with the Bhagwad Gita. You may feel a little pacified, but it is temporary. Because the confusion is boiling from within your ego. You can  not get rid of it with rituals, prayer or worshipping some God. All this may satisfy and feed your ego.

When our confusion is total and if we we understand it as a confusion, we accept it and surrender to it. It opens the way to a new  search for clarity of our person. it creates the  opportunity to become an authentic being who is able to control  our ego and all it`s anomalies.

The nature is  a paradise.

Any human being is far away from the capacity to realize  earth as a live paradise. Because we are always away from the reality of being. It is because we all get  pre-occupied with many selfish issues. we are driven by  many  feelings  of sorrow and  pains which  do not let us realize the reality of nature.

Most of our life, we exist on earth as simple emotional beings seeking cure for our emotional dis-ease, notwithstanding  the existence  of a paradise  very near to us waiting to get realized.

The story of  a transgression committed by Eve and Adam symbolises  that  fact. Our  thinking  and feeling is centred only on a guiding myth called the  “I”. Every “I” am trying to  create and manages my own private paradise, everywhere  on earth,where ever is possible with what ever resources we have at our disposal.

The human, life is an emotional path,celebrated by our ego being, which is an emotional  existence . That is why we make more non sense than sense with  a great opportunity called life.

The earth is a paradise, except for the human. Because we are in  an intoxication and ecstasy that entertains  all types of  creation, possession  and dominance of everything on earth  to satisfy our personal ego.

Because of civilization,our life has become  pre- occupied with our ego to create, possess and dominate. But sometimes we have to undergo unbearable loss,  coming to us when we have a least expectation of it.

The “I” in me seldom  consider the “you” as if  I am an another you. That is why all human pain remains personal and emotional. Every “I” could intentionally  ignore  the rights  of the rest of everybody outside my interests.When ever my interests are not fulfilled, I get provoked and become aggressive  against my environment and do what I want to do in my madness.

When so many people get aggressive in their ego, it echoes through the mind of  the nature  and the  environment of the atmosphere. Some day it also get agressive and  creates an assault somewhere on  earth in order to call the attention of all of the assertive human ego which  wants to see everything that belongs to “him or her” to be immortal and ever existing.

In reality “nothing on earth is certain. Everything can and will be changed . Uncertainty of the material existence  is the unknown secret of the universe. It exist beyond the human  intelligence.

As the provoked  nature  becomes unpredictable and agressive.

A  fire sparked by storm took down  about 80 homes in Breezy Point, Queens,New york. The tight-knit Queens enclave of Breezy Point  made  a scene of horrific devastation  on October 30, 2012. The inferno  engulfed beautiful  homes, row after row  in a matter of minutes ,while the  streets were flooded by super storm Sandy. As we see in this  picture ,there is nothing intact, what they built and maintained  with love and care.

It’s  not only their houses but also their dreams are burned to ash .Nobody from Breezy point , could have imagine such a “stage show” by the nature, the previous day or even till just before it happened.

Natural devastation  like this, could happen any where, any time to call the attention of the assertive and lazy human ego that never attends  it“s own spirit the “human self”.

It was only  recently,we had  the earthquake and resultant tsunami  that put the  mega  stage show  with  the Fukushima tragedy in Japan. When the  nature turns violent  and create such  situations  where the “human ego”  melts to the zero.  “We don’t know what to do.

This is a major, major devastating loss.” The victims  express  their helplessness in words.

Can the God help us ? Will the God help us ?

These questions should be answered by the “human ego” that fight and protect itself, both in private and public.When ever  an inferno of horror  is created  by the human Ego or the nature`s Ego ,those  who  become the victims, ask a single question  “where is God?”Why this happened to me and my children or my country ?

From the  religious perspective, anything  that happens against our  desire is a penalty  and will of God, whom the people must fear. Even an unavoidable  natural incident like  “death” is considered as a penalty and will of God. During childhood, people are taught to  pray instead of understanding things. Because they need the daily prayer as a therapeutic ritual  for our sick and confused  ego.

People believe that during prayer they are being  connected  to an unknown  almighty figure of their imagination, who might be responsible  for the creation  and destruction of everything in the  universe.

God is neither American,Iranian, Arab nor christian,Muslim and Hindu.

An American politician pray like this “ God bless America, only America. An Iranian politician pray like this “ God bless Iran, only Iran. Both are collective egos( political nations) competing and fighting one against the other for world dominance. Which God could help “whom”  in this situation.

A Muslim may pray God bless all Muslims, A christian may pray God bless all Christians.The Hindus may also pray only like this. Everybody wants a favour to save their ego, both private and collective.That is why we create the “Myth” and worship it as God.

The single cause  of all human problems on earth

As our ego becomes more and more intelligent, cunning and  assertive the pit of the hell we digg  around us in our life also get deep and wider.  It is a paradox  that our role and responsibility towards  the earth and our fellow beings  are  ignored by our intelligence  and cunning ego. This is the single cause  of all human problems on earth.

When our life is confronted  with  personal tragedies, traumas with never ending confusion, we expect that something like  our selfish  prayer or rituals can persuade God  to work miracles and wonders for us.

What ever we see  on earth is  only an  “ego show”, in politics,economics  and religion. Those who pray their  God and those who do not have any God to pray, both groups have the same problem-  “Ego”.

Fear is the other side of our ego.

There can not be any  human without fear till  get a sacred heart as our centre. It is also the centre of the universe. Unless we exit our ego, we can not recieve the sacred heart in us.

All heroes in the history like Hitler,Stalin,Mao  and many more have  massacred innocent people with a will  power of their sick and inflated ego. Heroes like Gandhi , Mandela and the like have won their target with a will power of their healthy ego.

Will is  determination.

  Will is  our determination to do or not to do something, irrespective of it`s merits or defects on the social and private environments.Whether we think that we can, or we can’t, it is our will power.

When ever  we make use of  our  will power  to take  a sudden  decision, we are mostly  controlled   by the power of our emotions rather than  rational thinking. Fear  or courage, are the twin  choice  that comes before our ego. All  our  action  are  powered by one  of this emotional status which we call the will power. “Will” means the determination to do or not to do a thing in order to  protect our interests .

A highly successful and meaningful  material life (professional life) needs  self-discipline of our will power. It  allow us to do things to  our  knowledge  in order to achieve clearly  set out goals, with in  a given time.

Self-discipline  again , is a status  of  loving what  we  do, which  enable us to be  tough  against  the push –pulls of our ego.

Being strict  with  our self, we  will begin to live more deliberately, on  our own terms  rather than simply reacting to the environmental demands.
The quality of  our life ultimately is  driven by our choices and decisions. Everything  that range from the career  we  choose , the books we  read, the friends and relatives we have-  all influence our environment that creates our ego.

The quality of  our  life depends more on the freedom of  our person  which needs the maturity of our ego to  become  more independent  and  authentic.

The most valuable result of all our education  should  be to make us free from self made miseries  created by our will power.

Whatever we chose  to do, it could  be  in self-control, only when  we are moved by an “awareness of the being”  instead of our ego propelled by the  will power.

All along our life, things  happen beyond our control, as a result of  deeds  motivated by our will power. Will power is the ego power that  creates the “I” and destroys the “I”.

The strategy for a better world

The collective ego, fails to punish most  of the wrong doers,which works like a bonus for those culprits  in the waiting.The most dangerous social criminals are not in the jails but in their castles, supported by the collective in some or the other ways.

The strategy for a better world would be to eliminate the cause by treating  the “sickness of  human ego”. It will be  a simple  cure  at the cause  instead of  the complicated and impossible cure  at the symptom.

Ego, the emotional force that creates and destroys everything of- “I, my and me”

The  rise of  any human   happens on a deliberate, disciplined hard work  of years .  Any  abrupt  fall  comes to us   as if  it is beyond our control. It is  painful  to  commemorate   on the unfortunate reversal of fortunes in the life of people  who has contributed   incredible things in their private and public  life  which benefited the  humanity.

OSO  is taking  two legendary  stories on board that  filled the media , all along previous months discussing and  describing the fall of  two great figures  from  the  zenith of their ascendancy.

“Thanks to the Almighty that Forbes has removed My Name  from the  billionaires list. Now There is less jealousy, less frenzy and wrongful attacks on me” Vijay Mallya, known as the “King of  good times” ,the  business tycoon, once a monument to opulence and flamboyance, now  become  defensive over  his fate, wrote on Twitter .
“The last 18 months have been the most challenging period of my life since I lost my parents as a teenager. I have lost my reputation that I have built over a lifetime”.These are the words of a devastated Rajat Gupta (former  Goldman Sachs  director  and a most reputed Indian in the US), apologizing  before his family and friends, who was sentenced  for insider trading charges by the US court.

Standing before the judge for his sentencing, Gupta said, “The overwhelming feelings in my heart, are of acceptance of what has happened, of gratitude to my family and friends, and of seeking forgiveness from them all. It is with these feelings that I hope to move forward and dedicate myself to the service of others.”

The implications of such  a demotion to  the cult “I“, we build with a  a life time   are profound  on  our  personal, professional circles. Yet  it all affects only our ego profile. Nothing could happen to the true “I” beyond the cult we built. The problem starts when we are ignorant about this “I”.Only this finding can make us authentic and real.

A moved Gupta said.”Much of the initial period of  the  charges against me seemed surreal to me, however, since the trial, I have come to accept the reality of  what I did. I want to say here that I regret terribly the impact of this matter on my family, my friends and the institutions that are dear to me,”

Rajat Gupta might have  a rare  ascent in life with many fortunes  like the best  education in the top institutions, great power of  influence in the world  and  enough wealth. He did not inherit all these.  He wanted more and more of  everything of  his ambitions and was lucky in getting all these till the single moment, where he did a single mistake, which destroyed every thing that he built in a life time.
The  strange  fact is that most of  the successful people are highly competent and efficient   in  proving their capabilities, their self  esteem  and their commitment. Yet many  do not    become authentic in their person as a result of  their  spiritual deficit which is never  compensated by any Harvard education.

When our ambitions  move beyond  the rules of virtues, it becomes too  selfish  and anything too selfish is self destructive. The motivation to achieve a lot may not help us sustain  the  great  values in  life. Only an an authentic person, who understands  oneself  in it`s  “who and what”  is able to sustain values which are not any show but the truth.

Elite people from business, political  and philanthropic circles, over the world, are moved by the conviction of  Mr. Gupta. Bill Gates and Kofi Annan are among several prominent humanitarians  who engaged  themselves personally  advocating  the human profile  of  the “public person Gupta” before  the  U.S. justice  for a  fair and  appropriate sentence for him. His wife, wrote, “I know I have to accept the decision of the jury but I cannot but feel that who my husband  is and what he stands for, did not fully come out at the trial.”

Such a personal profile  clearly shows that except this small and isolated aberration which may be  a stark departure from  his personal history, Gupta was a worldwide respected person, for his personal and humanitarian engagements. Rajat Gupta  was a role model and icon, till  this incident.His profile has taken an  abrupt  reversal.He is none of these  any  more.

Prominent psychologists and management experts will come out with  incredible number of  theories and explanations. But none of them will help anybody  becoming another role model of Gupta.Because the human ego get only enforced but never reformed to be an authentic being.

Actually, the crime that Gupta committed,is  not very uncommon  when we look in to the world economic history, even though it is a serious  menace. There might have been  many many   in the long history of Wall Street  and capital markets all over the world , where  privileged professionals unfairly exploiting  their access to information , making private gains.

The judge said at the sentencing  “This is a crime easy to commit, but  hard to detect. Therefore the need for general deterrence is strong”. We are trying to root out corruption by exposing individuals or companies, a name-and-shame approach,which  is only the symtomic treatment.

I build  me, I destroy me. 

. “I” have lost my reputation that I have built over a lifetime”. It is the irony of fate.  “I” become both the  creator and destroyer of my house. Except nature, what ever we see all over the world,is personal Forts built by the  myth of  human ego. But  these forts do not last long. Even  empires and Thrones  built by the collective ego of  nations  or race can not survive the thrust of time. Time will destroy every Fort that  human builds on their ego.(collective and private)

The reason why I build my  Brand Logo “I”(the cult idol created by me) is my ego(emotions) that wants to trumpet my achievements before the world,which make me the most happy  and euphoric person when I hear any echo of  I-Me and My . The reason why I destroy  my logo that I built, is not any deliberation but  the blindness of another  emotion of my selfishness.Unfortunately it turns to  be  an irony of my fate,that happens  beyond my control.Everything what I build is in my control and everything that get damaged is beyond my control.

What I feel then, is another emotion of loss and frustration. But  all emotions are artificial.They exist only  like waves on the shore.But  the waves do  not make the Ocean.Ocean is something authentic.It do not evaporate like waves. Our health wealth and name, everything we create are only waves on the shore, but not the  ocean. Let us go inside the ocean, we find ourselves the reality of it. it is absolute peace and tranquility.

Everybody  build our own tragedy

The  loss of reputation and the blow to ones  self esteem is common for both Mallya and Guptha, even though on different counts. Mallya has a shaken Business empire, who has yet to win the battle of falling down.  Gupta has a shaken   his personal  name and esteem. We see  the  fall  of  two  heroes in their respective fields, who  represented an ideal ascent  of fortunes, in  what they wanted  to become.

The human ego  wants to realise , with  all our  good works of  charity or business, only one thing. It is our  own glory, for our own  sense of  ego entertaining. The more we are known in the world, the greatness of  our  ego grows with  an  attachment to our  faith and belief  in our own goodness and talent, which is appreciated  by everyone.

It is a fact that inspite of all our self esteem,that we build or feel, our ego is never a perfect  or self -fulfilled status.That is why the  temptations and  temporary blindness exists always in our personal being, that  create  a  mythical tragedy of  our ego.

The spiritual lessons for readers  from Rajat Gupta  or Vijay Mallya is that  our intelligence , education, smartness or power of  influence  do not help us  to make us  an authentic person, who never builds or brakes any empire of  cult. For this every human  need the spiritual base.(not religious)

Any body of us could be a “tragedy in the waiting” till we become  an authentic being ,who understands the myth of our  ego and it`s unavoidable aberrations. Not only a  man like Rajat Gupta  has  shown to be unpredictable  in spite of   his  high profile charisma . So many of us has  already  done many crimes in our  ego aberration.But we are lucky not to be caught in the judicial net.That does not mean that we are better human beings than Guptas who  are not as smart or lucky as we,  to be not losers of our ego wealth (the name).

After  achieving stellar heights in Corporate America to being reduced to a convict in one of the biggest insider trading cases in the US, Rajat Gupta’s stunning fall from grace has been improbable to our imagination. Many  would have  blamed  him with many reasons.
On the other hand, If we ask  “Could any body of  us  have helped   Rajat Gupta or Vijay Mallya  in  their  stunning fall?, the answer should be  a stunning NO

When we can not Save our self ,  nobody  can.

“Self -saving” is the divine mechanism  put in the human being that  happens  by “self-searching” of a truth- What am “I”? A systemic solution in our person, would have a life-long impact

It is the path described by the great Yogi of all times Jesus Christ who told  “I” am the way,the truth and the life” but never our ego( who am I).

We are in truth “Awareness of the Being” (I- the what, as Jesus told )  the  divine status , when  our ego dissolves itself.  When we become  an authentic being, we come at the  other side of the Ego- Being “I” (the who).It is the what (I, as Jesus said)

The world “Ego-nomy” is staggering under multiple problems. Prominent  economists are working  on  convincing remedies. But it is not easy because the game  we play is not economic but “ego-nomic”.

Does the  economists  know the real problem?.

It  is the only doubt on the streets, in spite of great idols  like  Alan Greenspan who was once viewed as an ace among  economists  and revered next  only to God, at least in the US.

The  “efficient markets theory”  and the like modern innovations have  turned the  capital markets and  the  business of banking more a speculation  business than serving  utilities of  resource allocation, making  huge private gains along  artificial  booms. When that  boom collapsed, most of  the  governments  and central banks  took up the rescue operations in many countries that again triggered the next crisis like that of the europe.

No economist could  produce the  convincing theory of how to engineer an escape or  prevent a possible  world  recession in the near future. Central bankers’ tools and theories look very weak today. Raising the interest rate- is, no more an effective  cure for  inflation and cutting them do not yield  economic growth as well.

Disagreement on contemporary macroeconomic policies  are wide and frustrating. The world economy is floundering all these  years after the sub prime crisis of 2007. Economists like Paul Krugman and Joseph Stiglitz argue that  the way out is a more stimulus, even when  cumulative fiscal deficits have raised US national debt by over trillions  without reviving effective  growth or reducing unemployment. The Keynesian theory proves ineffective and also failed.

Marxist economic model  has miserably failed in the UDSSR and allied countries.

As seen in Greece and other troubled Euro zone nations, They  first tried to stimulate their way to success.As  that failed, they resorted to austerity. Then the  austerity reduced growth and revenue, and raised the problem of  fiscal deficits. Neither  stimulus nor  austerity help the national economies .

Experts say that Euro problem may be  fundamental to a monetary union without a fiscal union.The European Central Bank and US Fed have already pumped trillions into their respective markets, and the result  of inflation is awaited.

So as the problem, So as the  cure.

As we see the world in present  crisis, of  a  “never seen before” dimension, the cure can not come from the past experience or any known theories. Because how  we create  and distribute wealth and welfare on earth is not based on  “economic  norms”    but  “ego-norms”   principles that  create a hell out of  most of human creativity.

 why  the ego-nomics can not  sustain itself

It is the smartness of human ego, that has created complex systems that work with time,money and machines.Too much of our smartness also enhance the ego- norms, which again  create fundamental shifts in the environment and nature of things.We call it a crisis.But it is only the natural progression of the ego-nomic flow of things, which grows  beyond the human control.

Greed,corruption and evils of all kinds are ruling the economic and political circles, anywhere on earth. We are  realising only our ego norms, where the  norms of truth and fairness is ignored and avoided.Natural correction  by the supreme   Being  is the solution for  all problems, where the human logic is helpless. But we may even resist that.But it will be of no use , as  the Being  may sent out  a vast devastative force, where our individual or collective ego can do nothing.
